The Meade School District is seeking bids for the 2026 and 2027 grazing lease at the East Campus Farm. Bids must be submitted on a $/AUM basis for the grazing. The grazing is rated at 30 AUM, and an AUM is defined as a 1000 lb. cow with or w/o a calf. There will not be any weight adjustments for the grazing. The grazing will be from approximately May15 through October 31 of each respective year. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Meade 46-1 School District in an envelope marked, “SBHS grazing lease”, Business Office, 1230 Douglas St, Sturgis, SD 57785 by December 4 ,2025 by 3:00 PM.
