Position Overview The Farm & Ranch Employee will assist with daily operations across equipment operation, maintenance, livestock care and seasonal farm/ranch tasks. This position requires someone self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Operating and maintaining farm machinery (tractors, balers, swathers, combine, loaders, trucks, trailers, etc.)Haying and crop production tasks (planting, baling, irrigating, harvesting)General ranch maintenance (buildings, corrals, water systems)Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized work environmentInfrequent livestock care tasksOther duties as assigned based on seasonal needs Qualifications Prior farm or ranch experience strongly preferredAbility to operate and maintain equipment safely and efficientlyPhysical ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditionsValid driver’s license; CDL a plusAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends or extended days during busy seasonsStrong work ethic, honesty, and willingness to learn Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience.
