What You’ll Do: • Support clients via phone, email & chat. • Build strong customer relationships. • Assist with new producer onboarding & virtual training. • Help with feedback, testing & marketing • Participate in sales demos with possible overnight travel to trade shows. What We’re Looking For: • Cattle Accounting or software support experience. • Strong communication & problem solving skills. • Well versed with computers, CRM tools and reliability for remote work environment..
