Exempt Status/Quarter Time Appt The GM provides executive leadership for a long-established mutual ditch and reservoir organization serving both municipal and agricultural water users along Colorado's Front Range. Oversees water delivery operations, infrastructure, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and staff management while serving as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors and external stakeholders. Position includes one direct report (Caretaker) and coordination with administrative and board support staff. Experience: Strong background in Colorado water administration Experience leading field operations, infrastructure projects, and multidisciplinary teams 10+ years of experience in water management, irrigation, natural resources, agriculture, or public works 5+ years in a management or leadership role Strong knowledge of Colorado water law and water rights administration Experience with ditch companies, irrigation districts, or municipal water providers Familiarity with environmental compliance & permitting
