Bid dates start Sept. 21, 2026 and close Oct. 5, 2026 all bids are to be in by 4:00 pm MST on closing day The Colorado Department of Corrections, Division of Correctional Industries has approximately 80 tons of 2 nd cut Alfalfa, 100 tons of 2 nd cut Alfalfa/grass mix, 80 tons of 1 st cut Alfalfa/grass mix and 20 tons of oat hay to sell. CCi is accepting bids from any party that is interested in purchasing. The hay being sold is located in Canon City, CO and will need to be picked up at such location and loaded on trailers. The awarded bidder(s) must provide trailers or arrange a way of picking up. Pick up will need to be done by appointment from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm any day of the week.
